I have a few ideas that may help you out. I know that it is only the second trimester, but we stress at all times of the year. So here we are.
- Make sure that you are able to sleep. Keep a notebook, pen, and flashlight by your bed. Write everything you are stressing about down and tell yourself, “I will read this and deal with it in the morning.” Then do just that. It will help a bunch. (This works during the day as well; just say instead, ”I will take care of it later.”)
- Exercise helps too! Even a quickly paced walk will help.
- Talk to someone.They may be able to help, or just someone listening may help you feel better.
- Write some poetry or do some artwork. Any of these will help; just try something creative.
These may sound silly but trust me–they work!
